Surrond recently updated my computer with dolby surround 7.1 for windows 10 September W10 update, and just of today have noticed that W10 is not officially recognizing my device as a 7. Prior to the update, W10 recognized this fine and I was able to apply the respective Spatial Sound properties under the Sound options.

Now it seems there is no 7. I am positive that a 7. I am using a Razer Kraken 7. It is obvious that the latest update has somehow rendered my device invisible to W10, so my only other option at this point could be a system restore to before I did the update. However, I'm curious to know if anyone else has had new windows 10 free problem and-or if there surrouns a fix for it.

None of dolby surround 7.1 for windows 10 troubleshooting has come winfows with a solution. The above image is what I am shown whenever I now go into the Spatial Sound tab on my Headset properties.

Prior to update KB, I surrojnd a tickbox option to enable 7. As you can see above, however, those intel management engine interface driver windows 10 64 bit are no longer existent. I have restored my Windows 10 to the previous version I was on before update KB and this has solved my problem.
